Tier 5 raid set for a Moonkin spamming Starfire. Reach 16% spell hit first (4% comes from Balance of Power, 3% more if a Totem of Wrath shaman is in your party), then stack spell damage and crit. The Nordrassil 4-piece is a priority - +10% Starfire damage against Moonfire/Insect Swarm targets - so wear four tier pieces and fill legs with Spellstrike.
