Discipline Priest is THE offensive healer in TBC with the ability to purge, dispel, crowd control, and burst like a damage dealer - all whilst having some of the strongest healing output in the game. Pain Suppression and Power Infusion make Disc one of the strongest healers throughout TBC.
Discipline Priest requires good awareness of when to dispel, purge, and mana burn. Managing cooldowns like Pain Suppression and Power Infusion while maintaining healing output separates good priests from great ones.
