Cataclysm Regalia (30169-30173) is the Elemental T5 set - not the Restoration Headguard or Enhancement Harness pieces. Hit cap first (Nature's Guidance + Totem of Wrath help), then spell damage; The Lightning Capacitor is the signature trinket.
